1. Who we are

This agreement applies to RapFlow AI (the "Service") at rapflowai.com, operated as RapFlow AI. Contact: support@rapflowai.com.

2. Service

RapFlow AI turns one photo plus a short prompt (or a preset effect) into a brief AI clip. You pay with credits from a single pack purchase. Failed renders put those credits back on their own. We do not promise a fixed look, a fixed outcome or unbroken uptime.

3. Your obligations

  • Upload only images you are legally allowed to use.
  • Images of people who can be recognised need their permission.
  • Do not produce sexual, violent, insulting or unlawful material, or material that tricks others or violates their rights. The full ban list and our enforcement steps live in our Acceptable Use Policy, which belongs to this agreement.
  • Every clip is machine-made. Do not label it as genuine footage of real events or as hand-crafted by a person.
  • Do not dodge the free cap or the safety screen, and do not drive the product with bots.

4. Content and responsibility

You own the risk for images you send, prompts you type and how you share the finished clips. Model output can be wrong or surprising. We may reject jobs or limit access when this agreement is broken.

5. Liability

Liability is unlimited for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health. Beyond that, liability for the free tier is excluded as far as the law allows.

6. Accounts, credits and payment

  • You need an account to render, because every clip spends credits. Guard your login.
  • Packs are single purchases, not subscriptions. Bought credits keep their value forever. We spend them only when a render starts; a failed job or a refused photo restores them.
  • The credit price of a clip is shown before you start. That price can shift when our AI vendors change fees. Credits already spent stay as they are.
  • Waffo is merchant of record: it sells packs to you and handles checkout, invoices and sales tax. Amounts appear on the pricing page before you pay.
  • Cash refunds follow our Refund Policy.
  • If a pack is still fully unused, you may seek a full cash refund within 14 days of buying it.
  • Accounts that badly breach this agreement or our Acceptable Use Policy are closed; credits already spent are not returned then.

7. How your video is made

  • Image and prompt go to Kie.ai, our AI vendor, which builds the clip with a model. Uploaded images are wiped after 24 hours.
  • Each upload and each finished clip passes an automated safety screen before use or display. When something is blocked you see nothing and any credits spent come back.
  • We do not publish your photos or clips ourselves. A share link, only if you turn it on, shows the finished video and stops when you turn it off. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Sample videos

Demo videos and demo photos on effect pages are produced by RapFlow AIwith AI. People in them are fictional. You may reuse them at no cost if you credit "$RapFlow AI.com" and link to $rapflowai.com. Do not use them to impersonate a living person or to mislead viewers.
