How payment works
Listed amounts use USD. At checkout you may pay in local currency such as EUR; the converted total, including a small FX fee, appears before you confirm.
Credits FAQ
Do unused credits expire?
No. Bought credits stay valid indefinitely. Use them at your own pace.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time charge. Nothing renews unless you buy again.
What happens if a video fails?
Credits leave your balance only when generation begins. If the model fails or a photo is rejected, the amount returns to your balance automatically.
Can I buy a single video?
Yes. One HD video (12 s, no watermark, MP4) is $6.99, paid once. Buy it on this page or inside the tool anytime, for any photo, with no subscription.
How does payment work?
Waffo runs checkout as our merchant of record, including invoices and sales tax. Cards work everywhere we operate, and some countries also get local payment methods. Card numbers never reach us. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
If a pack sits unused, you can claim a full refund for 14 days after buying. Email support@rapflowai.com from the address on your account. Completed renders are not cash-refundable because the model cost is already spent, but if the output is clearly wrong (for example the face does not match your photo), email us with the date and we will review it.
